BRITISH COLUMBIA NO KILL SHELTER, SUPPORTED BY ELDERLY, IN DIRE NEED OF FUNDS.

The West Coast Spay & Neuter Society, a No Kill shelter run by mostly elderly volunteers on the outskirts of Mission, BC, is in dire need of donations. SANS rescues dogs from "death row," shelters and nurtures them, preparing them for adoption. Dedicated to preventing the suffering and destruction of companion animals due to abandonment, neglect, abuse and overpopulation, SANS also provides public education on the plight of abandoned and abused animals as well as educating on the benefits of spaying and neutering pets. This shelter is in extreme need of donations, but because of the physical limitations of many of the volunteers it is difficult to organize fundraising events.

The shelter is run totally on a volunteer basis and 100% of all donations go directly towards the feeding, care and healthcare of the animals. The volunteers are doing the best they can, but many are on fixed incomes, and the shelter requires more than these loyal volunteers can give. As the winter grows colder, the dogs and puppies will need more warm blankets and continued healthcare. Please think of this shelter over the holidays and during the New Year and give what you can. The volunteers and the animals thank you. For more information or to make a donation please contact:
