Is your companion unique? Funny? Heroic? Is there something heartwarming or special about your Best Friend that you would like to put in writing? Perhaps it involves a spiritual, psychic or after death experience. Each month, Animalinks will select one story to be in Animal Tails. Over the Rainbow

“Life is a dance, nothing more, nothing less. For some of us it is long and for others quite short. My leaving with the coyote sprit was fate and part of a soul agreement, which was entered into long ago and one that none of us are meant to know about while in the physical realm. Do not be angry with the coyotes, they and we are all part of the circle of life, and doing what we instinctively came here to do. I have no malice whatsoever towards them. In fact, as a soul, it was a beautiful experience and I am in absolute gratitude.

I have not really left you. I’ve simply left your plane and shifted shapes. I will be with you always, now and in other dimensions. Look for me in your dreams, visions and quiet times, as I will be there. Know that I can hear your thoughts and words. Call upon me when you need assistance. Listen for my teachings.

Do not weep for me my friends as I am as free as can be, soaring in the ethers. My energy has always been about freedom and I honor you for seeing that in me. To tie me down would have been intolerable. In time I shall return to you in another cat body and you will know me instantly. ‘Till then my dear ones, take good care and stay connected to who you are.”

“Do not pine for my physical presence for I am with you each and every day. Your flow with me was magic, this allowed for the expansion of ‘all that is’, our love and joy. When your heart feels full, you will sense my presence. It is this sensing that will help you with the others, those who run, and those who fall. While there is pain on the physical realm, there is but pure joy on this realm. Our connection allowed for you glimpses of this, on your plane.

What you saw in me was just a reflection of yourself, for you are but a vast being of pure love and joy, with a heart as big and open as any on your plane. Nurture this heart for you are in an ever expanding mode, on your way to realms unimaginable to you at this time. Allow this blossoming as you would a rose, for this will heal, both yourself and others. The divine beings in equine vessels require this of you right now.

My special friend, I am honoured to be your partner. We will continue to ride together through the dimensions of space and time as we are now one.”
