ARIES, March 21 to April 20. Adventurous and energetic, the Aries cat loves action -- playing with interactive toys, tussling with other cats in the household, climbing on top of bookcases or cabinets, leaping out from under the bed to attack your toes and stalking real or imaginary prey are just a few of your companion's favorite pastimes. A lover of freedom as well as of challenges, this cat wants out at night, and if he/she is an indoor kitty, is likely to find ways to dash out the door whenever you open it. A natural born leader, your feline friend loves being Top Cat. If there are other cats in the household, it is wise to place his or her food bowl down first before he/she can nudge the others away from their food .The Arian "take charge" nature can make these felines seem finicky or aloof if they are not the first ones to receive pets or be called into your bed at night. Given the respect they feel they so well deserve, the Aries cat will act as if he/she has adopted you, and will purr contentedly while rubbing against you-claiming you as his or her own. Taurean cats are highly attached to their material possessions and toys, beds, food and other comforts are not willingly shared. Leos think and act bigger than others, so if your small cat is a Leo, he/she still a tiger at heart. In fact, in kitten hood, Aquarian cats can be a little wacky, doing zany things -- like somehow getting up into a tree and not being able to et down again or fearlessly walking the perimeter wall on the terrace of your 20-floors-up apartment. As adults, Aquarius cats need time alone - whether lying on the front porch, or retiring to a secret spot in the basement, "alone time" renews and restores their balance of energy.
